This manual was developed as part of the 2025 Data and Systems for Resilient Housing in Dominica project. The project was led by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development with funding from the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure and technical assistance from Build Change. This manual is part of a series of guidance for home retrofitting for increased resilience against natural and climate hazards in Dominica.
