Queensland Reconstruction Authority: Cost-Benefit Analysis of the 2013 Upgrade to the Gayndah Water Intake - North Burnett Regional Council
The Queensland Government, through the Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA), initiated the first Queensland Betterment Fund in February 2013 following Severe Tropical Cyclone Oswald under the new Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements Efficiencies Framework and is being jointly funded (50:50) by the Australian and Queensland governments.
