The Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI), through the DRI Connect Platform, will host a technical orientation webinar for organizations shortlisted under the “Support to Disaster Risk Reduction through Earth Observation and Climate Services in South Asia (SA-DRR)” Call for Proposals. The webinar is designed to brief shortlisted applicants on the next steps in the proposal development and submission process and to support them in preparing strong, complete, and compliant proposals. 

The session will orient participants on the requirements of the full proposal package, including the proposed workplan, implementation approach, expected deliverables, timelines, and reporting expectations. IRAF-FMU will provide a dedicated briefing on the budget templates, including guidance on eligible cost categories, budget structure, supporting documentation, and alignment between the technical and financial components of the proposal. 

The target audience for the webinar includes representatives of shortlisted organizations responsible for technical proposal development, financial planning, project management, and institutional approvals. The webinar will include presentations by CDRI and IRAF-FMU, followed by an interactive question-and-answer session to clarify applicant queries and address common issues related to proposal preparation and submission.
